Thinking about bringing your little one to Simply Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics for the first time? We’d love to have them! Before you schedule their first appointment, we invite you to read through the helpful information below to answer some of your basic questions. You can even download and fill out our patient forms to help you save time in our dental office! We can’t wait to meet you and your child, and please let us know if you have any questions.
Your First Visit
After being greeted by one of our wonderful Patient Coordinators, you’ll be offered a coffee or water, and you and your child will get a quick tour of our state-of-the-art office. You’ll both then be escorted to the back where a member of our team will take a few X-rays and photos of your child’s mouth. Next, you’ll get to meet their dentist, who will consult the images and briefly examine your child’s teeth, gums, and bite. They’ll then go over their findings with you, discuss any treatments your child might need, and let you ask as many questions as you like.
New Patient Forms
As fun as our reception area is (with plenty of games and movies for your child), we know you probably want to begin their appointment as quickly as possible. To help you save time, you now have the option to download and fill out our patient forms ahead of their first visit. Simply click on the link below and complete them at your leisure. When the day of your child’s appointment comes around, just bring the forms with you, and we’ll get them in to see their dentist right away. As you can probably guess, time is of the essence in any emergency, which is why we’ll do everything we can to set up an appointment as soon as possible, ideally on the same day.
